Except for writings on Black Mountain College and four photographs relating to the college in the 1940s, this collection of photographs and technical drawings dates from the period when Ms. Gregory had her own woodworking shop (1954-1988) and when she taught at Concord Academy, Concord, Massachusetts. Among the photographs are examples of furniture, cabinetry, church furnishings, and carvings made by Ms. Gregory, and, from the closing two decades of her practice, houses and outbuildings designed by her. The writings and collection of photographs are stored in a fibredex box and are shelved in their proper place among the collections of private papers. The large technical drawings, which include her house designs and plans for interior woodwork, are housed in the map case containing double oversized materials from private papers.
